Everything about Rik is positive. He loves getting involved in projects, he has a head full of ideas and he's technically brilliant. He's also a joy to talk to - warm, engaging, unassuming.

In the quagmire of creative confusion that can sometimes be the world of 00H design, with limitations and different specs and changing possibilities (special builds really CAN be a nightmare), Rik's ability to brush problems aside and generate amazing ideas is really inspiring. Just last week, after a low day, Rik sent over some initial mock ups that really sent me into the weekend feeling like it had a been a great one

Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you the great feedback I've had about your work on the pitch. Everybody involved was completely blown away, saying you were the star of the show, even through you weren't physically there! The video explaining your thoughts and processes is a brilliant idea, 'above and beyond' by any definition. I'd love to see more of this kind of thing. Global wants ******* to become a major advertiser and this is the kind of contribution that should help that happen. Great, great work. Thank you.
